Dry skin... be gone!

With Autumn in full swing and the weather becoming increasingly cold, I'm have to mix-up my usual facial and bodycare routine.

My skin becomes drier this time of the year, so I need that extra help to keep everything in check.  Possibly my favourite product for doing this is L'Occcitane's One Minute Hand Scrub. As the name suggests, you buff the product into the skin for one minute, rinse off, and you're left with the unbelievably smooth, silky hands

The mix up of shea butter, brown sugar and various oils both smell and work divinely. The scrub is one of my absolute favourite products when it comes to noticing instant results, and although at £13, it's not cheap, once you try it for yourself you'll be able to justify the price.

After waving buh-bye to any dryness, I like to lock in the moisture. Again, with a little help from my favourite L'Occitane. The Shea Butter hand cream has won award after award, and I can sure see why. The perfect companion for the scrub, this cream leaves the skin both looking and feeling nourished. My Mum swears by this stuff, and gets through a tube like there's no tomorrow - now she's managed to get me on the bandwagon, and I'm hooked!

Since not everyone is a fan of the shea butter scent, L'Occitane have formulated several other fragrances for the product, such as lavender, honey and cherry blossom. The latter, I also own and again love.

A 150ml tube retails at £19, however if you're wanting to try out before investing in a heavy duty size then you can pick up a travel version for only £8. (Similarly with the other fragrances)

You can also purchase gift sets (ranging from £9.50-£191) which would make an awesome Christmas present for any beauty lovin' individual.

I'd definitely recommend this L'Occitane combo - if you want to see the hype for yourself then pop into a store and you can test it out there and then.
