So you may remember my last 'new in' post back at the start of August (click here if you fancy a read). A few things have changed since then and I've got my hands on quite a few new bits that I want to share. It's all very bath, body and skincare themed this time round, so if that's your cup of tea, keep on readin'...
For starters, how darn cute is this little Raspberry Face Mask from Wild Olive? Not only is it housed in the sweetest little tub, but you mix it together yourself (who doesn't love a bit of beauty DIY?). Designed for normal to sensitive types, the mask works to cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the skin, leaving it refreshed and soft to the touch. I can't seem to find the mask online but keep checking back on the brand's website as it may well appear!
There's two new cleansers on the block for me, the first being courtesy of Time Bomb. The Take-Off Time Cleansing Cream* is made up of professional dermatological grade crystals that gently work to slough away any dreaded dry patches on the skin. As the weather gets a little cooler (hello Autumn), my skin takes a turn for the worst when it comes to dehydration, so I'll be picking this up on a pretty regular basis. Though it's essentially removing the top layer of the skin, it still manages to leave it feeling calm and dewy. Dry patches, you don't stand a chance with this one.
Next up, the classic Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel. I'm sure you'll have already heard a thing or two about this product, so it won't come as a surprise me saying that it's my all time favourite cleanser. To be entirely honest, I've never been all that fussed when it came to cleansers, instead looking to invest in my serums and moisturisers, but this baby has succeeded at changing my mind. Not only does it feel wonderful on the skin, but it's gel-to-oil formula means that it removes every.scrap.of.makeup whilst adding some serious hydration. And, as if that wasn't enough, it also smells good enough to eat. Tempted?
Keeping in line with the whole hydration side of things, let's talk body. Having been a fan of the Crabtree & Evelyn brand for years (my Mum loves their entire range!), I was pretty chuffed when one of their most famed products landed on my doorstep. The Pear and Pink Magnolia Hand Therapy* is such a treat to use. Containing Shea Butter and Myrrh extract, it conditions both the nails and cuticles, ridding of any dry areas, and, with its floral aroma, it's an all around winner.
Another classic, the past few weeks I've been religiously reaching for the Soap & Glory Daily Smooth Body Lotion, and by golly, does it pack a punch. Like all Soap & Glory products, the scent is heavenly (thanks to Sweet Almond Oil, Rosehip Seed, Shea Butter and Mango Peel Extract), and I've found my skin to be so much softer from daily use. I really do think Soap & Glory products are underpriced for the quality of their range.
For bathtime, it's all about Treacle Moon. Again another bargain buy, That Vanilla Moment* costs a grand total of £2.99 for a seriously huge bottle. The scent of this bubbly soak reminds me of a good old Coke Float (remember those?) meaning it's a regular in my bath routine. As we're now into the Autumnal season, I also have my eye on the Cinnamon alternative.
A quick swerve back to skincare with another essential from Time Bomb. The Glory Days Day Cream* is described a a 4-in-1 multi-tasker, designed to moisturise, prime, even and brighten. First of all, how snazzy is the packaging of this? Definitely one to sit centre stage on your dressing table. The formula of many of Time Bomb's products are developed to help women 'stop the clock' when it comes to their skin. Now I may only be 22, but I've incorporated an eye cream into my routine for a while now, so I definitely believe you can never start to early to prevent the signs of aging. With White Flower and Borage Oils alongside my all-time favourite, Hyaluronic Acid Complex, this rich cream absorbs into the skin making for the perfect canvas for makeup.
Finally, this quad of Natural Botanical Soaps from Wild Olive would not only make the perfect gift, but happen to be incredibly handy for those who regularly travel thanks to their miniature size. Featuring four of the brand's best sellers (Patchouli Rose, Peppermint & Rosemary, Oatmeal & Vanilla and Lavender), the soaps are hand-made, high-quality and chemical free.
So there we have it, a speedy look at the latest and greatest when it comes to my recent beauty stash. What are your must-have products? I'd love to know your recommendations!
Don't forget, if you want to read up on more beauty newness (featuring Nars, Neal's Yard and Illamasqua), head to my other recent post, here.
I love the sound of that raspberry face mask. So disappointing it's not online! Hopefully we'll see it soon
