ESPA Book of Summer Beauty.

Late last week a rather exciting parcel landed on my doorstep. Presented in a beautifully wrapped purple box was ESPA's Book of Summer Beauty*. Alongside three hand-picked, travel sized essentials sat the brands booklet, with tips, tricks and expert advice revealing how to maximise the benefits of said products. If glowing skin, glossy hair and a wellbeing boost (as ESPA put it) sounds up your street, you'll definitely like this limited edition beauty collection.

I've been a serious fan of this product since trying it out earlier in the year. With the industry going all kinds of crazy for facials serums, of course it would make sense that they can be equally beneficial for the rest of the body. The Optimal Skin ProSerum promises to nourish, moisturise, anti-age, strengthen and even the skintone, making it not only a miracle worker, but a complete summer essential. I love to apply this before bed as the scent and general feel of the serum is incredibly relaxing and luxurious.

Again, this facial moisturiser is another firm favourite of mine. ESPA describe it as a 'skincare superhero', and I have to say I'd agree. With its natural ingredients, it not only soothes, deeply hydrates and stimulates cell renewal, but helps to prevent early signs of aging. Made up of evening primrose, frankincense and jojoba, as you would imagine, it smells like a dream.
Admittedly I'm yet to give this a full trial, but the product claims to stimulate the scalp, calm irritation and add a glossy finish to locks. It can be left overnight to seriously add hydration, or be used alongside a scalp massage to stimulate blood circulation. Perhaps my favourite use, however, is as a all-over body moisturiser, because I love me a good multi-tasker. Created in 1993, the hair treat is not only as old as me, but an ESPA bestseller. This will be a definite addition to my sunday night pamper sessions that's for sure. Also can we just take a moment to enjoy the pink shade of the product?..

I can't write this post without a mention of the accompanying, Little Book of Summer Beauty. As I mentioned earlier, it's a great read if you're looking for tips, expert advice and product recommendations should you be jet-setting this summer.

I would highly recommend picking up The Book of Summer Beauty* for yourself. Not only is it a luxurious treat, but priced at only £25, you're getting serious value for money.

Are you a fan of ESPA? Will you be giving this a try?
