Five Cleansers That Rock

So it's kinda been a while since I last posted, no? Whilst this has completely sucked, final year of Uni has been so insanely manic, unfortunately equaling zero spare time. That said, with my dissertation and various other tasks out of the way, I'm hoping I'll have a little more time to upload on this little web space.

To start things off, today I shall be rambling about the delights of facial cleansers. With the start of a new year, many of us beauty loving gals and boys are looking to refresh and branch-out when it comes to the 'ol skincare regime. Over the past couple of months I've really dipped my toes into the the stage of cleansing, and as a result, tried out a number of new products and brands.

Bee Good Honey and Wild Water Mint 3-in-1 Micellar Water* I love me a good micellar water. I've tried and enjoyed the likes of Bioderma and Garnier, but I really feel this is some tough competition for the two. 3-in-1, the product claims to cleanse, tone and remove make up, and by golly does it do just that. Bee Good is a brand I was unaware of until recently, however from reading up on the company and it's story I couldn't help but feel a little excited to give the cleanser a whirl. At £10, sure, it's not the cheapest cleanser out there, but if you're into the whole double-cleanse like myself then it's well worth a purchase. Natural, gentle, and it doesn't aggravate the skin -  this gets a big thumbs up from me. 

Eve Lom Morning Time Cleanser - A real treat, Eve Lom's offering feels incredibly spa-like. I mentioned this in a separate post here, and from using it pretty religiously the past month I've really begun to enjoy the whole cleansing stage of my daily skincare routine. The smell, not my cup of tea, but that aside it really is a great little cleanser for adding moisture and radiance to the complexion. Pricey, but oh so worth it.

REN Rosa Centifolia Express Makeup Remover - The one's for gals in a hurry. This rids of make up in a flash. Seriously, one sweep and your mascara - done. Along with it's removal super powers, it also happens to feel lovely on the skin. Designed to tighten pores and comfort the face, it's ideal for those with a drier, dehydrated complexion. Awesome stuff.

The Body Shop Camomile Waterproof Eye & Lip Makeup Remover - I first came across this last year after hearing Amelia singing its praises, and boy, she wasn't wrong - it's a real goody. This one's for the eyes and lips as opposed to the face, but I love pretty much everything about it so I couldn't not give it a mention. The scent, the ease of use, and most of all, the price. £10 guys, £10! My only hang up is it can get a little messy being an oil formula, but I can certainly live with that when it's such a brilliant product. Those times when you're feeling a little lazy and frankly, can't be doing with taking off your make up, this does the hard work for you.

ESPA Pro Cleanser - Moving on from cleansing quick-fixes we have Espa's Pro Cleanser. Described as a ''tri-phase multifunctional cleanser, exfoliator and mask'', this isn't just a one hit wonder. I like to use this when I have a little more time to spare as similarly to Eve Lom, it's almost like giving yourself a mini spa-shaped pamper. This is such a luxury to use, the smell is divine and your skin practically glows following application. The days I reach for this are good skin days. Need I say more?
