Bumble and Bumble Bb. Texture (un) Dressing Creme

Although I have a great deal of hair, I find it can often be left feeling (and looking) a little too soft, making styling, frankly, a huge pain in the ass. I've tampered with various texturising spritzes and sprays over the years, never finding anything worthy of the 'holy grail' title. But after giving my locks a serious trim this month, throwing it all up in a messy up-do is unfortunately no longer an option.

In an attempt to resolve my hair woes, I headed over to the Bumble counter (story of my life) to browse the shelf for a hair-appropriate weapon. Although I could have happily taken the whole range home, it was the Bb. Texture (un) Dressing Creme that stood out as a top contender. Designed to give the whole, un-done yet done quality to hair, it's pretty much my ideal product compressed into a 150ml tube (unless you fancy picking up the 50ml offering, that is).

Applied to damp, freshly washed locks, the jelly-like creme works to give volume, texture and hold, which is basically the perfect equation for silky haired beings like myself. I tend to apply a pea sized amount, rub between my palms and work it through the lengths and scalp. After drying, I'm left with voluminous, textured hair that looks just a little bit messy - but truth be told, I totally dig that.

At £22.50, it's not the cheapest hair product out there, but considering I've had it for around the six week mark, I've barely made a dent in the tube. Yet another must-have product from Bumble and Bumble - will I ever be disappointed by the brand? It's unlikely.

Have you tried the Texture (un) Dressing Creme? Are there any other texture-giving treats you would recommend?

  1. I've not tried anything from Bumble & Bumble, the price puts me off but it all sounds so good. I hate when hair is too soft to do anything! It's always easier to style on the second day.

    1. This stuff is like pure magic in a tube! You could always try the mini size if you're wanting to test it out as it's a fair bit cheaper x
