Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess

Although I've never been one to own a vast selection of perfumes at once, fragrance is something I like to wear on a daily basis. I believe a scent has the ability to not only make you smell bloomin' awesome, but transform the way you feel, bring back memories and act as a finishing touch to an outfit. Clever stuff, no?

My current go-to scent, and one I've been a fan of for a while now, is Estée Lauder's Bronze Goddess. A Summer release, this one is only on the market for a few months, meaning it can be tricky to pick up. Not taking into consideration the EL counters get raided as soon as it's released. Luckily for me, I managed to get a bottle for my Birthday, so I can continue smelling sweet for a few more months. A blend of coconut, mandarin, vanilla and tropical flowers, it's basically summer in a bottle. Bronze Goddess reminds me of holidays and the beach thanks to its exotic, sensual tones, and is something I regularly get compliments on.

Along with the scent, Estée Lauder have also released a limited edition make up and body range, featuring everything from an eyeshadow palette to a nail lacquer presented in the classic BG packaging. I particularly like the look of the Cheek Glow and Lip Shines, but the whole range looks stunning.

Bronze Goddess Eau Fraîche Skinscent retails at £47 for 100ml and is available to pick up from SelfridgesHouse of Fraser and the Estee Lauder site.

What's your favourite summer scent?

  1. I actually tried Estee Lauders last fragrance Modern Muse & was so surprised how lovely it was. I may have to go and check this out, they are rather understated in the fragrance world!
