ESPA Optimal Skin ProMoisturiser.

Whenever a parcel from ESPA lands on my doorstep, I know to be excited (see proof of my numerous posts discussing the brand, here). So, when I received the brand's latest launch, the Optimal Skin ProMoisturiser* (£45), a couple of weeks back, my A/W complexion did a little happy dance.

Now I'm always eager to trial a new facial moisturiser, but this is something else entirely. Thanks to it's next-generation formula, it's suitable for use both morning and night, for, wait for it... all skin types. Yep, whether you're normal, oily or dehydrated, this is guaranteed to work a treat. Using advanced responsive hydration, it targets the skin where it needs it the most, and since, you only need the smallest amount each time round, it's likely to last you through to the spring. Bearing in mind its clever formula, it'll still be suited to your skin despite the changing seasons, making it one very handy (and luxe) beauty buy.

With the weather turning a little chilly, my skin is verging on the drier side of things, however I've found since incorporating it into my daily routine, my complexion is brighter, more even in tone and a whole lot softer. If you've tried the Optimal Skin ProCleanser (head here for my review), you'll already be familiar with the scent, but if not, you're in for a treat - it smells amazing. Think luxury products used at a spa, which, funnily enough, ESPA products are known for.

At £45, it sure isn't cheap, but your skincare regime is something well worth investing in. I've dabbled with numerous ESPA products over the years, and I'm always blown away by the quality. When a brand can transform the process of cleansing and moisturising into less of a chore and more of a pleasure, you know they've got it spot on.

If you're in the market for a new moisturiser (whatever your skin type!) I would highly recommend trying out the Optimal Skin ProMoisturiser*. Now we're on the countdown to Christmas (seven weekends, people!), it would also make a wonderful gift for any beauty loving folk in your life.

Are you a fan of ESPA? Have I tempted you to try this out? I'd also love to know any of your recommendations..
