C.O. Bigelow Chapped Hand Cleanser

This time of year, I find my skin is almost always guaranteed to suffer from dryness. Whilst my arms and legs are often affected by the unfortunate drop in temperature, it's my hands that really tend to change. Slathering on endless supplies of hand cream helps to take the edge off the frustrating occurrence, however it's not quite enough to ensure prevention.

From browsing the web for possible holy-glory hand savours, I came across the C.O. Bigelow Chapped Hands Cleanser. Combining ingredients such as Aloe, Peppermint and Jojoba Oil, it works to both cleanse and moisturise the hands without the harsh detergents found in many hand washes.

From massaging a generous amount over dry hands, rinsing and patting dry, the skin is left feeling clean and velvety smooth. Whilst it's a great bathroom addition for those looking for quick-fix relief from dryness, it won't solve the issue. Using a few times a week as a quick pamper (as I have been doing) works great, though it would likely require constant use to notice any major differences as I still find myself reaching for the hand cream after use.

If you fancy treating yourself to something a little different, this would be a definite pick, however unless you're willing to use it every time you wash your hands, it won't be the one to solve your dry skin issues. A nice addition to your manicure routine perhaps, but not a necessity.

Have you tried the C.O. Bigelow Chapped Hands Cleanser? What did you think? Are there any products you would recommend for dry hands?
