The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Body Sorbet

If you're a regular reader of The Life Edit, you'll know I recently had a wee spending splurge in The Body Shop. Oops... The Body Shop is a brand I've always been incredibly fond of, however they seem to really have brought their A-game recently with their latest launches - this being one of them.

The Body Sorbet range is unlike anything I have ever tried before. As the name suggests, they are cooling, sorbet textured body moisturisers, ideal for the current heatwave we're in the midst of. After spending a considerable amount of time in the store browsing over the five different (and delicious) scents, I eventually settled on Pink Grapefruit - a zingy, awakening fragrance.

Because of it's light consistency, I didn't expect to feel overly hydrated after applying, however it leaves my skin feeling moisturised and refreshed. When initially applied, it has an almost satiny feel, but once absorbed it's completely trace-less on the skin - no tacky, uncomfortable film that can occasionally occur with a body moisturiser.

Although I normally tend to go for slightly less fruity scents with my body moisturisers, this is actually quite subtle on the skin, and perfect for the warm summer months.

Retailing at £7, the Body Sorbets are a fantastic, affordable launch, and something I will most definitely be picking up more of - the floral Moringa, in particular, is winking at me.

Have you tried the range? Which scent is your favourite?
